Our minds are incredibly powerful and can do great things. When challenged by thoughts of anxiety or depression, our mind succumbs to a less than functionality and loses focus on what is important and real to be alive. We all want to feel alive and have that within us to show and express when we are comfortable. We have unlimited possibilities, when we harness our God given abilities to be real and genuine and show what each of us possesses to make this a better world. Life has many challenges, but we can overcome and adapt and succeed in moments that challenge us if we dare to be better and show we can control our destiny to be better.

Life is what you make it in any given moment. Life can be tough and in that moment can you push through and not give up. Life is easy when there are no challenges, but when the challenges come and test your resolve, how do you respond emotionally? Do you get caught in the moment and dwell or push through and find a resolution. Life will always have challenges, its what you do in that moment that can change its course and not take you down.

We all want peace in our lives to feel safe and secure , that tomorrow will bring a better day. When you are experiencing high anxiety , to focus and feel a sense of calm is almost impossible. Do not let the high anxiety take away your joy of life, as it will try with its strength to overwhelm you and take all the focus in your life. You can overcome and will overcome the high anxiety that debilitates you. You will show that high anxiety can and will be overcome with a strong mind willing to accept the challenge again and again to battle those distorted thoughts with positive thoughts. As I have control of my life, my peace and my happiness from within.
