Anxiety does not define you. Anxiety is a way and feeling you are reacting to a situation and your perceived reaction to that situation. Anxiety can provoke fear and uneasiness and to lose focus. Anxiety can be crippling in the moment, which gives it strength moving forward. Anxiety can be about the perception of what may be coming, but when or if that matches it, reinforces its hold, strength and fighting it becomes harder and harder. Life is about choices and how you handle anxiety in the midst of that, has its own challenges to regain your mind and focus again in the present moment.
